How to Clear Print Jobs from within the Typical Printing Queue Interface
Firstly, open up the Devices and Printers interface. This can be found in the Hardware and Sound section of the Control Panel.
Right-click on the printer that has the print job that you wish to cancel. Select “See what’s printing.”
Right-click on the print job that you wish to cancel. Select “Cancel.” If you wish to cancel all print jobs, select “Cancel All Documents” from the “Printer” menu.

Ensure that you have administrative privileges. Press +R. Type “cmd” and click “OK.” If you do not have administrative privileges, open the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories and right-click on “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.
In the command prompt, type “net stop spooler” and press .
Again, press +R. Type “C:/Windows/System32/spool/PRINTERS” and press .
Delete the print jobs that you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel all print jobs, press +A and then .
Go back to your command prompt window, type “net start spooler” and press .
Close all accumulated windows and get back to printing!
