Are you experiencing problems with your printing queue? Perhaps you’ve got a whole bunch of print jobs in the spooler (printing queue) and a single print job has gone bad, freezing the entire queue. Or maybe you just want to know, for future erence, how you can cancel any print job that you’ve started?
How to Clear Print Jobs from within the Typical Printing Queue Interface

    Firstly, open up the Devices and Printers interface. This can be found in the Hardware and Sound section of the Control Panel.
    Right-click on the printer that has the print job that you wish to cancel. Select “See what’s printing.”
    Right-click on the print job that you wish to cancel. Select “Cancel.” If you wish to cancel all print jobs, select “Cancel All Documents” from the “Printer” menu.

    Ensure that you have administrative privileges. Press +R. Type “cmd” and click “OK.” If you do not have administrative privileges, open the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories and right-click on “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.
    In the command prompt, type “net stop spooler” and press .
    Again, press +R. Type “C:/Windows/System32/spool/PRINTERS” and press .
    Delete the print jobs that you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel all print jobs, press +A and then .
    Go back to your command prompt window, type “net start spooler” and press .
    Close all accumulated windows and get back to printing!

On the Aficio SP C821DN, as well as many other Ricoh color printers, you can print a color demo page that shows multi-colored fish as well as colored text.  This page is good for checking the color quality and image density of the printer.  To print the color demo page from a C821DN:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "List/Test Print"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Color Demo Page"
- Press the OK button
