To see the page count on a Color LaserJet 2840, you can print out a usage page.  Page counts for each function (scanning, faxing, copying, etc.) will be broken down for a detailed overview, but you can also find the printers total page count (under the Print Engine section).  To print the usage page:

- Press Menu
- Scroll to the right or left using the arrow buttons until you see "Reports"
- Press Enter
- Scroll to the right or left until you see "Usage Page"
- Press Enter

The configuration page for a Kyocera FS-1128MFP (called a "status page") shows a lot of information about the printer.  It includes the machines total page count, the IP address and other network settings, and various printer settings.  To print the status page:

- Press the System Menu/Counter button.
- "Report" will be displayed on the screen -- press the OK button to select it.
- "Report Print" will be displayed -- press OK.
- Scroll down to "Status Page."
- Press OK.
- Press OK again.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh Pro C900 or C720 that doesnt have a Fiery controller installed, follow the steps below.  For a C900 or C720 with a Fiery, find your Fiery model in the list of Fiery configuration page instructions to see how to print a config page.

- Press the User Tools button.
- On the screen, select Printer Features.
- Select Configuration Page.

To print a config page from a Ricoh C4000 or C5000 color copier with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen.
- Select Configuration Page.

To print a configuration page from the SP C811DN printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "List/Test Print"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Config. Page"
- Press OK

You can print a usage page from a LaserJet 9050 by following these steps:

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the active choice on the display screen.
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it).
- Scroll down until "PRINT USAGE PAGE" is displayed.
- Press Select.

To print a configuration page (user settings list) from a Brother MFC-7460DN, follow the steps below.

- Press the Menu button.
- Press 4 for "Print Reports."
- Press 5 for "User Settings."
- Press the Start button.

To print the configuration report (as well as the system status report) from an AR-M257 or AR-M277 copier:

- Press the Custom Settings button.
- Select List Print on the touch screen.
- Select Printer Test Page.
- Select NIC Page.

To view the page count for an AR-M237 copier, hold down the Copy button for a few seconds.  The total page count will be displayed on the screen, 3 digits at a time.

To view the page count for a Ricoh 2510 or 3010 copier without having to print anything out:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Counter on the touch screen

On the Workcentre 7525, you can see the page count directly on the screen.  To view the page count (called "impressions") press the Machine Status button, and then select the Billing Information tab.

The closest to a config page you can get from an AR-F151 would be the optional setting list.  To print this list:

- Press Function
- Press 2 for Listing Mode
- Press 5 for Option Setting

To print a configuration page from a printer with the Fiery EB-1357 controller installed:

- Go to the Fiery screen from the printers operation panel
- Select the Fiery tab at the top of the screen
- Select Printable Info
- Select Configuration
- When asked to confirm your choice, select OK

To print a supplies status page from a Color LaserJet 3600:

- Press the Menu button.
- "INFORMATION" will be displayed -- press the Select button (the green button with the check mark).
- Scroll down until "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE" is displayed on the screen.
- Press Select.

To print a supplies status page and see how much toner is left in each color cartridge:

- Press the down arrow until you see "INFORMATION"
- Press OK
- Press the down arrow until you see "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE"
- Press OK.

To see the page count for an F-520 displayed on-screen, press the Setting button and then choose Counter on the touch screen.

On the Aficio SP C821DN, as well as many other Ricoh color printers, you can print a color demo page that shows multi-colored fish as well as colored text.  This page is good for checking the color quality and image density of the printer.  To print the color demo page from a C821DN:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "List/Test Print"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Color Demo Page"
- Press the OK button

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP W5100 wide format printer:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- On the screen, select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

You can quickly see the total page count for an AR-M455N by pressing and holding the Copy button.  The page count will appear on the screen, followed by an estimate of how much toner is left.  (This will only work on the "main" screens -- it may not work if you are on a different screen such as the Custom Settings screen.)
