How to Reset Manual Printer Canon MP500
Manual reset method for canon MP500

- Press and hold STOP/RESET button.
- Press and hold POWER button.
- Release STOP/RESET button without releasing power button.
- Click STOP/RESET two times and then release power button.
- Prepare paper on the paper tray
- Press Stop/reset button for 1 times and then press power button, await till printer finished print.
- Press Stop/reset button for 2 times and then press power button, await till printer finished print again.
- Press Stop/reset button for 3 times then press power button to reset EEPROM.
- Press Stop/reset button for 4 times then press power button to reset Waste Ink Counter.
- Switch off the printer. if printer doesn’t turn off, press button power until printer off.

1. Download Adjustment Program for Epson C90
2. Change your PC Date to Jul 24 2007
3. Delete the folder C:Adjustments_Programs on your PC if it exists.
4. Reboot your PC.
5. UNZIP file C90.rar.
6. RUN AdjProg.exe file.!

How To Reset HP C6578 Printer
1. Refill your cartridge using your Mr. Ink Jet refill kit.
2. Following the diagram at right, place a piece of adhesive tape covering the Click here to enlarge only the four blue colored contacts (a contact is the individual copper square). Make sure that only those four are covered and no others. *Please note that the contacts shown are colored for illustrative purposes only. You will not have blue or red contacts on your cartridge.
3. Place cartridge in the printer. The printer may tell you that there is a problem with your cartridge. Ignore this message. The printer may print an alignment page. If so, allow it to do so.
4. Take the cartridge out of the printer. Remove the tape from the four blue contacts. Place the tape over the four red colored contacts. Make sure that only those four are covered and no others. *Please note that the contacts shown are colored for illustrative purposes only. You will not have blue or red contacts on your cartridge.
5. Follow step 3 again.
6. Take the cartridge out of the printer for the final time. Take the remaining tape off and place back in the printer. The printer should print out an alignment page and the estimated ink level in the toolbox should read full.

Take the second extra cartridge out. Place the refilled cartridge back in the printer. It will print an alignment page and then the estimated ink level will be reset to full.

if you accidentally press the Resume/Cancel button more than 4 times in step 4 then just press the Resume/Cancel button at least 10 times and the printer will be returned to step 4 automatically

- With the printer plugged in and powered off, press and hold the Resume/Cancel button, then press and hold the Power button. (DO NOT release the buttons. The LED light should be green to indicate that a function is selectable.).
- While holding the Power button, release the Resume/Cancel button. (DO NOT release the Power button)
- While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button 2 times, and then release both the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in orange and green, starting with orange)
- When the LED light is green, press the Resume/Cancel button 4 times. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in orange and green, starting with orange)
- Press the Power button. The LED lights in green, and the reset is performed. (When the operation completes, the printer returns to the menu selection mode automatically)
- Press the power button to exit service mode.

1. Turn off the printer. And disconnect the printer cable.
2. Press and hold the POWER button, turn on the printer.
3. The indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
4. Press and release the RESUME button , the indicator (L.E.D.) should be orange.
5. Press and release the RESUME button again, the indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
6. Release both buttons.
Step 2 :
Software for Permanant (1st method)
1. Reconnect the USB cable and turn ON your Printer
2. Open "General Tools for iP1000"
