HP Laserjet Error Codes 13 20 PAPER JAM CHECK REAR DOOR
1. Remove all media in the paper path, and then open and close the top cover.
2. If the message persists after all media is removed: Check if media is jammed in the prefeed area. Replace any defective sensors or flags
